2023-2024 Fifth-Grade Supply List

This supply list is voluntary. Our school will make provisions for any student who cannot afford the listed supplies. Please let the classroom teacher know if this is necessary.

Each student will need a backpack and a set of headphones in addition to the list below. 

General Students

• 1 school supply box
• 1 three-ring 1"-1.5" binder (no larger please, won't fit in desk)
• 2 packs of notebook paper (wide-ruled)
• 1 set of 5-subject dividers
• 4 spiral/perforated notebooks (single subject, college or wide ruled)
• 2 pocket folders
• 1-2 boxes of 12 #2 sharpened pencils (Ticonderoga preferred)
• 1 boc of 12+ colored pencils
• 1 pack of multicolored highlighters (3 colors would be great)
• 2-4 red correcting pens
• 2 permanent black markers
• 3-5 fine dry erase markers (black and blue best)
• 1 whiteboard dry-eraser (sock or cloth)
• 1 large pink eraser
• 1 pair of scissors
• 4 glue sticks or 2 jumbo glue sticks
• 1 pack of 3" sticky notes
• 1 standard 12" ruler with inches and cm
• 1 handheld pencil sharpener (optional)
• 1 pack of baby wipes (unscented only) (optional)
• 1 personal sized unscented hand sanitizer (optional)
• 1 pack of facial tissue (optional)

HiCap Students

• 1 pencil box
• 5-6 wide ruled composition books
• 2 quad rule composition books
• 1 package notebook paper, 3 holes
• 8-12 count sharpened #2 pencils
• 24 count box color pencils
• Pencil sharpener
• 4 gel pens - black/blue
• 2 large glue sticks (or 1 multipack)
• 12" standard metric ruler
• 1 plastic accordion style file, 7 pocket
• Sharp scissors
• Fine black pemanent marker
• 1 multicolor highlighter (set of 5)
• 3-5 dry erase markers
• 1 package of sticky notes - small
• 1 large pink eraser (optiona)
• 1 box of markers (optional)

Label All Supplies & Personal Items

Label supplies with your child’s name as they are the personal property of the student. Please also label coats, hats, gloves, backpacks, umbrellas, lunch boxes, and other personal items that come to school.
