Grade 4 Supplies

  • 2024-2025 Fourth-Grade Supply List

    The following voluntary supply list reflects items needed throughout the school year. Horizon Elementary School will make provisions for any student who cannot afford the listed supplies. Please let the classroom teacher know if this is necessary.

    We do ask that families refrain from purchasing any toy-like school supplies and limit purchases to the items on the list.

    • 1 - pair of wired headphones clearly labeled with child’s name in a zipper lock bag 
    • 1 - reusable water bottle (no glass) 
    • 1 - pencil box 
    • 4+ - boxes of 12, #2 pre-sharpened yellow pencils 
    • 1 - computer mouse clearly labeled with child’s name 
    • 2+ - packages of loose-leaf notebook paper (college ruled) 
    • 2 - packages of multi-colored highlighters 
    • 2 - packages of pencil top eraser caps 
    • 1 - small personal pencil sharpener 
    • 1 - set of colored pencils (12-24 count) 

    Emergency Supply Kits will be provided by the PTA

    **Accommodations will be made for students with allergies/special health needs.
