Grade 5 Supplies

  • 2024-2025 Fifth-Grade Supply List

    The following voluntary supply list reflects items needed throughout the school year. Horizon Elementary School will make provisions for any student who cannot afford the listed supplies. Please let the classroom teacher know if this is necessary.

    We do ask that families refrain from purchasing any toy-like school supplies and limit purchases to the items on the list.

    • 1 - pencil box 
    • 1 - box of 12, #2 pre-sharpened yellow pencils 
    • 1 - package of blue or black ink pens (12 count) 
    • 4 - highlighters (different colors) 
    • 1 - set of colored pencils (8-24 count) 
    • 1 - pair of pointed scissors 
    • 3 - 2 pocket folders (any color) 
    • 4 - composition notebooks (no spirals) 
    • 1 - packages of loose-leaf notebook paper (college ruled) 
    • 1 - package 3”x3” sticky notes 
    • 1 - pair of over-the-head headphones clearly labeled with child’s name in a zipper lock bag

    Emergency Supply Kits will be provided by the PTA

    **Accommodations will be made for students with allergies/special health needs.
