2024-2025 Support Center (SC) Supply List

The following voluntary supply list reflects items needed throughout the school year. Horizon Elementary School will make provisions for any student who cannot afford the listed supplies. Please let the classroom teacher know if this is necessary. 

We do ask that families refrain from purchasing any toy-like school supplies and limit purchases to the items on the list.

Primary Support Center (K-2)

• 3 - My first pencils 
• 4 - black Expo dry-erase markers (no fine tip)** 
• 1 - box of 24 crayons ** 
• 1 - box of 12 markers** 
• 1 - pair of scissors (rounded ends) 
• 4 - glue sticks** 
• 1 - backpack (without wheels) 
• 1 - box gallon size ziplocks** 
• 1 - pair of over the head headphones clearly labeled with child’s name in a zipper lock bag 
• Daily snack 
• Change of clothes in backpack

Intermediate Support Center (3-5)

• 3 - My first pencils 
• 4 - black Expo dry-erase markers (no fine tip)** 
• 1 - box of 24 crayons ** 
• 1 - box of 12 markers** 
• 1 - pair of scissors (rounded ends) 
• 4 - glue sticks** 
• 1 - backpack (without wheels) 
• 2 - box gallon size ziplocks** 
• 4 - composition notebooks (no spirals wide ruled) 
• 1- pack of sticky notes (3x3) 
• 1 - pair of over the head headphones clearly labeled with child’s name in a zipper lock bag 
• Daily snack 
• Change of clothes in backpack 

Emergency Supply Kits will be provided by the PTA
